at last!

After a long hiatus, during which (among other things) I took a full-time job, I finally got back to the wheel. The pent-up creative energy was eating me alive! So I grabbed a pound or so of clay and threw this, not knowing what the hell I was planning:

Something about the shape made me want to call it a mead mug. Glazed and finished, its capacity is only one cup.
