I suggest you throw a small dinner party, and fill all the new bowls and platters with beautiful food, and then, just before you eat, take a picture of the table with all the food laid out, so as to show all the new ceramics in use.
This hummos platter has found a new home. I was invited to a friend's family T-giving gathering (LOTS of people) and brought along some home-made hummos in the platter, surrounded by veggies. The hostess is a collector of custom-made ceramics so I immediately offered her this piece, which she accepted gladly.
